xoxo, colette
I’m Colette (not Aurelia) but don’t worry I answer to both, Aurelia is my middle name! I was born in Belgium and raised in various countries around the world, after marrying my husband Greg, we moved out to the beautiful Welsh countryside. Since then, I've travelled all around England and Wales documenting love stories.
My love for photography has brought me everywhere from the sand dunes in Dubai to the elegant streets of Paris. But regardless of where I travel, the Gower Peninsula will always be my favourite place, walking our dogs.
I believe in real moments and chasing sunsets. On your wedding day I will help poof your dress, fetch you a glass of champagne and spend the entire day watching everything unfold, documenting the moments you might not even see happen.
Photography is everything to me. I am thankful everyday that I get to work with amazing couples and capture their beautiful love stories.
I believe in images that are itching to be printed, placed in beautiful frames and hung on walls for years to come. My goal is to capture your story in the most beautiful, authentic way, for generations to come.

Dahlias, roses and sweet pea. I'm a big believer that a few fresh florals in a jar and you can transform any room or occasion into something elegant (or even magical if it happens to be peony season!)

I believe that life's biggest and smallest moments are worth celebrating. You'll always find a bottle of champagne in my fridge in the event that the night deserves a bit of celebrating!

New isn't always better. I love spending the afternoon sifting through antique shops and secondhand stores for timeless pieces with secret stories. My favourite find? A vintage pair of Jimmy's!

The first time my dad saw my mom, he was so sure she was the one, he walked straight up to her and gave her a kiss. Was it forward? Yes. But it worked. It's been 32 years and they're still going strong.
My parents have always been a beautiful example of love, intimacy and marriage. And when my mom got sick, it wasn't home decor or baked goods that my dad brought to the hospital, it was photos. Photos remind us of the strength, courage and hope that reside in all of us the way few other things can.
