Whimsical Proposal

I met Tom early at the venue, armed with a lavish pink diamond ring suitable for the romantic proposal. Ellie and Tom’s Eastington Park proposal was a whimsical romantic dream! I’m obsessing over the intimate moments where Tom got down on one knee. Ellie said, “Yes!” under a dreamy flower arch of blush and white peonies designed by luxury florist Stephanie Saunders. Everything about this Eastington Park proposal was planned to perfection by Ellie. They chose a colour palette of blush and ivory, wanting a timeless, feminine and romantic feel. Her bouquet was to echo the style of the arch, very full with a gentle fluffiness. Peonies and roses were packed into her posy with sweet peas dancing on the surface. Blush pink tones were the order of the day, which were muted using white and ivory shades.

Ellie wore a tiered blush gown from Monique Lhuillier paired with blush and lilac appliqué heels by Badgley Mischka. The dress provided an elegant backdrop for some detailed shots of her fabulous engagement ring.

They looked so happy dancing around the arbor to their favourite tunes played on a beautiful white baby grand piano. It was such a dreamy day. To finish off their memorable day they enjoyed a Michelin star worthy picnic in front of the main house. The Fortnum & Mason hamper was filled with decadent treats, including pink macaroons by Laduree and white chocolate dipped strawberries.

I loved every minute working with this gorgeous couple and cannot wait to capture their wedding day!
